PIZZA | Flammarion & Ezéchiel Zérah

Commissioned by Flammarion and Ezéchiel Zérah for PIZZA, this documentary series goes inside the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas: dough-tossing acrobatics, judging tables, pizza costumes, tattooed pizzaiolos, and the booths, tomatoes, and hot honey behind America's pizza culture. Published by Flammarion in 2025.
