Yess — Chef Junya Yamasaki, Downtown Los Angeles

Commissioned by Gault & Millau, this story follows Chef Junya Yamasaki at Yess, his Japanese restaurant in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles. Shot in natural light, the series moves from the stained-glass dining room to the kitchen, capturing the chef at work and the seasonal, vegetable-driven dishes as they reach the table. Published in Gault & Millau Magazine.
